With over 15 years of experience in real estate (half of which was in Toronto, Ontario’s most competitive market), Wei McCallum brings a level of energy, discipline and grit to our Ottawa market. This disposition is founded on years of experience working as a Senior Financial Analyst for an international manufacturing firm after obtaining her Masters Degree in Science from Surrey University in the UK. Her passion for maximizing her client’s value is reflected in her willingness to manage many independent contractors on behalf of her clients on jobs ranging from full kitchen refurbishments to landscaping (including complete lawn replacement) and window repair to perfect the home before listing. This work and the exceptional value she got for these initial homes in Greely grabbed the attention of those in the area also looking to sell, setting an unprecedented influence on that area back in 2021.

Wei joined Coldwellbanker First Ottawa in 2019 and achieved company top 10% consistently and had a president gold award in 2020 from RLP Team. She joined Ruby’s team in 2020, and her team had a top 1% award nationwide in 2021 and 2022. Wei has now moved to the Manotick RLP team office. Wei’s driving force is her clients’ satisfaction—from helping a new immigrant student, or helping landlord clients find good tenants, to fully remodeling homes for sale.

Wei is an active member of the Ottawa Real Estate Investment Board and has been an Ottawa Real Estate Board Finance Committee Member since 2019.
