Stephanie Beauregard is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 35 years of experience, recognized as a master sales specialist in the industry. Coming from a family background of contractors and land developers, she was introduced to real estate at an early age, giving her unique insight into construction, development, and investment.

With a foundation in architectural drafting from her university studies, she began her career with one of Ottawa’s largest land development companies, where she excelled in the sales and leasing of newly constructed units. Over the years, Stephanie has designed, built, managed, and sold multi-unit rental and condominium developments, in addition to representing investors in acquisitions and sales. Her expertise spans a wide range of property types, including residential, multi-unit, condominium, and commercial assets such as retail plazas, medical centers, fitness facilities, farms, and equestrian estates.

She is also highly skilled in land development and severances, as well as landlord–tenant matters, including tribunal proceedings, legal compliance, and case preparation. Stephanie’s achievements have been recognized nationally with her inclusion in Who’s Who in Canada.
