This hands-on experience not only broadened Shayla’s knowledge of the real estate industry but also shaped her distinctive approach and knowledge of home maintenance, investment properties, and property leases. Shayla’s passion for real estate has been a constant throughout her life. From assisting a REALTOR® for school credit to presenting projects centered around a career in the profession, her enthusiasm for the industry has been unwavering. She pursued and accomplished her business diploma at Algonquin College while concurrently gaining valuable experience in the customer service industry, fostering relationships that now form the bedrock of her thriving business today. As a proud native of Orleans, Shayla has witnessed the exponential growth of her small suburban home over the years. This expansion has not only allowed more families to appreciate the area but has also provided Shayla with an intimate knowledge of the local community. While Orleans remains her home base, she has cultivated a network of trusted professionals, from a top-notch plumber in Kanata to a reliable roofer in South Keys and a highly sought-after contractor in Central Ottawa. Beyond her professional endeavours, Shayla enjoys basking in the summer sun at her cottage to cheering on her favourite hockey team at the Canadian Tire Centre during the winter months.
