The day I had my first firm sale in 2007 in India, I excitedly took my wife to the very spot where a tower was to be built and I had sold a young couple their first home on the 21st floor. My wife looked at it for a long time and said that there were just clouds where the 21st floor was to come up, and said, “You know what, you have sold a dream to that young couple—make sure this dream home becomes a reality!” That was the beginning, and after that I made it my motto to see every sale through until it fulfilled the dream of the buyer or the seller. I may be a newly licensed real estate salesperson, but my journey as a REALTOR® started more than 14 years ago. I might be relatively new to Ottawa, but my job with neighbourhood marketing has taken me from the most prominent addresses to the most quaint communities of Ottawa and the suburbs.

I’ve kept a keen eye on real estate market trends, and if my family is to be believed, I spend a lot of my time on Realtor.ca following properties and prices. I have always capitalized on my people skills, but I have become even more deft and worldly on the job as I learned to communicate and connect with the beautiful kaleidoscope of people who have made Ontario their home. I like to work with what I believe in, so my business model is to look within to gain a better vision of what lies outside. I’m quick with numbers and smooth with words, and I hope to use the repertoire of my skills to widen the presence of Royal LePage® Team Realty and enhance its prestige in the marketplace.
