Born and raised in Ottawa, Rory Charlton is proud to call the nation’s capital home. She recognized from an early age that real estate was her true calling — a testament to her commitment to pursuing her passion.

In 2014, Rory graduated from Algonquin College with a diploma in Business Marketing, giving her a strong foundation for what would become a successful career in real estate. She began her journey humbly, starting as a front desk receptionist in a real estate office, then advancing to an administrator role on one of the city’s top-performing luxury market teams. This experience instilled in her the values of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to client service — principles she continues to uphold today.

After several years of hands-on industry experience, Rory earned her real estate license in 2018. Since then, she has steadily and organically grown her business through a trusted network of client referrals. She has successfully served clients both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, always prioritizing personalized service and outstanding results.
