Rita Harper, Broker / Manager, Manotick / Kemptville Licensed since 1977, Rita Harper (MacDonald) has been a core member of our Management Team since 1999 and has played a key role in the company’s growth and development. Rita has held various positions over the years with Team Realty including previous Branch Manager in Barrhaven, Riverside South, Kanata, Stittsville, Richmond, and presently managing the 2 Manotick Offices, Kemptville and surrounding community locations. Prior to accepting the position of Branch Manager in Kanata, Stittsville & Richmond in July of 2014, Rita headed up Team Realty’s Training for Brokers and Sales Representatives as Manager of Business Development and Training and has developed a comprehensive training regiment designed to guide the sales team down the road to success. Rita still holds an integral position in the managing and development of training for Team Realty.
