Lei graduated from the University of Toronto and earned her Master’s degree in Management and Professional Accounting at Rotman School of Management. She is also a member of Chartered Professional Accountants and Chartered Accountants in Ontario. Lei’s keen interest for real estate and her outstanding past customer service experience has attracted her to this industry.

With over ten years working as a customer service representative/manager, Lei quickly learned the importance of assessing a client’s needs, helping them identify their key goals and providing them with recommendations and options. Lei also worked as an accountant/auditor at a public accounting firm in Ottawa. Lei has audited many condominium corporations as well Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), all of which helped her build up an invaluable knowledge of real estate associations and condominium operations.

Whether considering purchasing a dream home or selling a residence Lei provides pricing strategies to all her buyers and sellers and draws on her many connections in finance, law, taxation, planning, property management and accounting to assist buyers and sellers alike. Her understanding of risk management and ways to maximize ROI helps her investors make profitable investment decision. Lei speaks fluent Mandarin and English resides in Kanata with her husband and two daughters.
