I grew up very close to Ottawa (Arnprior) and came to Ottawa to go to University at Carleton. After graduation, I chose to stay in Ottawa, and have lived in several different neighbourhoods within the city. Prior to starting my Real Estate career, I worked for a global consulting company specializing in Management and Technology consulting, where I developed strong Business Acumen and Negotiation Skills while building trusted Client Relationships and exceptional Program Management skills. The experience and skills from this career translated well into Real Estate, especially in building trust with clients, and negotiating the sale process.
I specialize in both selling and buying residential real estate in the Ottawa and surrounding areas, as well as investment real estate. My focus is to help my clients in the process of purchasing or selling their home, recognizing that this is one of the biggest decisions/investments of their lives. I strive to “exceed” my clients’ expectations but know the need to build trust with my clients first, listen to and understand their needs, and then bring extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market in Ottawa.
I not only offer previous experience, but also provide my clients with the market data, as well as the understanding of this data, and how it can influence the selling of your home and/or purchasing of your new home. I want to ensure my clients have the data and information they need in order to make an informed decision. I assist my clients toward obtaining the best possible results when selling their home, and thoroughly guide them through the process toward finding the best home for this next stage of their lives when looking to purchase.
On a personal note I am involved in the community with such organizations as Royal LePage® Shelter Foundation and Ottawa Mission. I also love travel, participating in sports/fitness, spending time with family and friends, and am usually up for trying new adventures.
