I help navigate the road less travelled for professional commercial real estate investors. I focus on mid-market office, industrial and retail properties. I run the gamut of (re)development, value-add, core plus and core assets. Clients have included institutional investors, investment managers, family office, developers, syndicators and long-term investors. We find that with what some describe as underperforming property, there are other investors who want it for just those reasons. We aim to get it into the hands of those who value it most. This post-pandemic market correction is the 4th of my career.
