John was raised in an athletic environment as the youngest of 7 children. After playing junior hockey in Newmarket, he obtained an athletic scholarship to Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee. As a dual sport athlete playing Soccer and Tennis, he earned a place in his University’s Athletic Hall of Fame.

As a Real Estate Broker, and licensed REALTOR® since 2004, John has been instrumental in developing a thriving, referral-based community of homeowners, home buyers, and investors.

As an architect of passive and active coaching concentrations within Sophie, John, & Group, John’s focus lies in passing on benefits to buyers and sellers in five areas:
1. Understanding “market currents” and “market temperatures” relative to active real estate
2. Understanding pricing as a tool of demand allowing “market currents” to bring optimal value rather than pricing to dictate value.
3. Understanding pre market property packaging offering transparency and trust to the market place in attracting buyers
4. Identifying shorter term market inefficiencies for longer term buyers and investors to capitalize on.
5. Innovation in the areas of efficiency and process within Sophie, John, & Group

John’s role involves passively coaching a community for eventual active entry into the marketplace with a focus on the quality of a purchase and/or sale.
