Ilham spent several years in senior retail management, leading teams of over 250 employees across Canada including in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, and other provinces. Her responsibilities extended beyond operations and into retail real estate, product development, distribution, and human resources. These diverse experiences sharpened her skills in leadership, strategy, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Throughout her retail career, Ilham consistently stood out as a top performer. She received numerous awards, including Best District Manager (Canada-wide) and other national recognitions, a testament to her drive, discipline, and excellence in leadership.
While pregnant with her first child, Ilham made the pivotal decision to follow her long-standing dream of becoming a realtor. Today, as a proud mother of two young boys Anas and Adam she brings warmth, patience, and unmatched professionalism to every client relationship.
