Ian brings a strong background in leadership and industry knowledge to our management team. After graduating from Bishop’s University with a degree in Political Studies, Ian held management roles with national and international retailers before starting his real estate career in 2012 and earning his Broker designation in 2017. He transitioned into management in 2019 and now also leads our Training Department, supporting agent development across the brokerage. Ian is an active member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB), where he currently serves as Chair of the Government and Community Relations Committee, a member of the Governance Committee, and an Instructor. He also sits on the OREA Government Relations Committee and has previously served as Chair of the Professional Standards Committee, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to fostering professionalism, collaboration, and advocacy within the industry.
