Raised in Ottawa, educated in Montreal, and having careers in Scotland and Toronto, David was always captivated by the physical landscape of the National Capital Region. Whether it be the raw beauty of the canal, its proximity to Quebec, or the fact that it is perfectly normal to wear snow pants on the street, Ottawa is a city David is passionate about.

David has been at the helm of many successful businesses across different industries—upscale restaurants, e-commerce, and luxury travel, to name a few. He has set up his teams to focus on process and strategy and has found his greatest wins by focusing on the needs of the client. As a realtor, he still looks at business through the lens of how people communicate with one another. He knows that no negotiation—no matter the industry—can result in a good deal if it did not come from a place of integrity.
