Dave has years of management training and experience from his time with Xerox of Canada. Entrepreneurial in nature, Dave has owned two businesses over the years with his wife Janis. He is also a 25-year survivor in the real estate business, nearly all of which has been with Royal LePage.

Dave enjoys exploring new recipes and often shares them with fellow co-workers—sometimes even providing samples. Gardening is another great hobby, offering good exercise and fresh vegetables and herbs. Amateur photography also takes up some of his time.
