Chris Tremblay is a second generation real estate specialist with 9 years of experience in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. After graduating from Carleton University with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Accounting, followed in his father’s footsteps and passion for Real Estate Sales and Investing. Chris has spent his entire career working with Royal LePage® Team Realty and has been a consequent award winne, most recently winning the Emerald Award and Diamond Award, representing the top 3% of REALTORS® in Ottawa.

Chris has in-depth experience in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate.

His experience with residential real estate has included assisting client’s to navigate the market to purchase homes for both themselves and their families as well as for investment, as well as assisting sellers with properly marketing and selling their properties to obtain maximum value. Chris also has in-depth experience assisting landlords with renting their investment properties to qualified tenants while also assisting tenants to secure rental accommodations. This includes years of experience working with the BGRS program and helping members of the military with their relocation process.

His experience in commercial real estate includes representing both Landlords and Tenants with their leasing initiatives. This has included assisting using his knowledge of the market to assist Tenants secure homes for their business and negotiating lease terms. Chris’ experience also includes assisting Landlords with marketing their properties and securing qualified Tenants. Chris’ experience also includes investment purchases and sales and business sales.

Chris is property owner himself. He owns his own primary residence with his wife Amanda, and he is also a Landlord his own rental properties, which gives him additional experience and insight to property ownership and investment.

Chris also has long-term existing relationships with industry professionals including lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, accountants, contractors, photographers, and cleaners to ensure that transactions go smoothly.
