Charlie’s connection to real estate is nearly genetic. From a very young age, Charlie assisted in his mother’s real estate career in any way he could. In 1991, he decided to follow in her footsteps and established a real estate partnership with her, which eventually evolved into the Charles Sezlik Group (now called Sezlik.com due to REALTOR® regulations). Through hard work, a strong business ethic, and clear values, Charlie has grown his business into one of the leaders in his field, supported by a team of five full-time professionals.

Although Charlie works extensively across all types of real estate, he has a particular interest in exceptional or unusual transactions where he can put his knowledge and negotiating skills to the test. Charlie spends his free time playing hockey in the winter and coaching his sons’ hockey teams in the winter and soccer teams in the spring.
