Prior to her Commercial Real Estate career, Ms. Bull founded and operated as CEO and President for Perfection Communications Inc (PCI). An award winning, Marketing and Communications firm which began in 1986 through to 2007.

PCI’s Value Proposition was to provide a full service, one stop shop with a focus on Market Research, Writing, Proposal Writing, Strategic Planning, Graphic Design, Development, Communications Campaigns, Special Events, Implementation, Execution and Tracking Market Impact.

Many of PCI’s clients were from; the Federal and Provincial Government Departments, Private Sector, High Tech, NGO’s, Associations, Developers and Not for Profit Organizations and Charities.

PCI’s most notable projects, special events and/or campaigns included; Hockey Canada’s Olympic Logo (presented at Canada’s Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto, Canada (1996 and remains their primary logo today); Canada’s first International HIV/AIDS Campaign (Launched at the Rogers Center (2006) and, the launch of 150 Elgin St., Ottawa, the home to (Shopify’s Corporate Head Office) on behalf of the Morguard Corporation.
