Ben Spero is proud to bring over a decade of experience in customer service and the hospitality industry to his real estate career. A graduate of Algonquin College, Ben earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management in 2017, laying the groundwork for his people-first approach to business.

After earning his real estate license in 2020, Ben partnered with fellow Realtor® Rory Charlton in 2021 to launch Key & Co. Home Team — a partnership built on mutual trust, complementary strengths, and a shared dedication to client service.

Their professional partnership soon grew into something even greater. In June 2022, Ben and Rory were married in a beautiful ceremony held at a local golf course, marking the beginning of both a shared life and a growing real estate legacy.
